CFB Scoreboard

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Some content on the Service (sportsbook odds and related information) relates to sports wagering, which is regulated differently in every jurisdiction - it's your responsibility to make sure you're legally permitted to view and act on this kind of content wherever you're located.

2. The Service

CFB Scoreboard is a college football scores and odds tracker offered at three tiers:

• Free - live scores and channel listings, average sportsbook lines, no account required.
• Paid - adds favorite teams, channel ordering, text score alerts, and odds from a sportsbook you pick.
• Pro - adds side-by-side odds from multiple sportsbooks, arbitrage/middle opportunity detection, and line-movement history.

We do our best to keep scores, schedules, channel listings, and odds accurate and up to date, but all of it is pulled from third-party sources, can change without notice, and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of accuracy.

3. Not a Sportsbook

CFB Scoreboard does not accept wagers, hold funds, or act as a bookmaker in any capacity. Odds and lines shown on the Service are aggregated from third-party sportsbooks for comparison and informational purposes only. Any wagering you choose to do happens entirely on the third-party sportsbook's own platform, under that sportsbook's own terms - we have no involvement in and no responsibility for that transaction. 4. Accounts

Paid and Pro tiers require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account's been compromised.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid and Pro are subscription plans billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise. We may change subscription pricing going forward - if we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

6. Text Message Alerts

If you turn on Text Updates in your Paid or Pro settings, you're consenting to receive automated score-update text messages at the phone number you provide, at the frequency and for the teams/games you select. Message frequency varies by your own settings (as often as every 30 minutes while games you're tracking are live). Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You can stop these messages anytime by turning Text Updates off in your settings. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by your carrier or wireless provider.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service to do any of the following:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond normal personal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access parts of it you're not authorized to access
• Share your account, or resell/redistribute access to the Service, without our permission
• Use the Service for anything unlawful

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service displays team logos, sportsbook logos, channel/network logos, and odds data belonging to their respective owners, and links out to third-party sites (sportsbooks, ESPN, etc.). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and original content belong to CFB Scoreboard. Team names, logos, and broadcast/channel information belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores/odds/schedules will always be accurate or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFB Scoreboard won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service - including any decisions (including wagering decisions) you make based on information shown on the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service, or cancel your subscription and delete your account, at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
